What is KAIOcreative?

KAIOcreative is the in-house brand of Firewind Productions offering a full-service, “all-inclusive” website and content solution. It’s a different way to think about website design that goes beyond static pages — combining custom design, rich content strategy, and ongoing support to help you connect organically with your audience.

Why don’t you build static websites?

Static websites—ones that sit unchanged for long periods—fail because they become outdated, stop attracting attention, and don’t adapt to changing marketing needs. Static sites simply don’t work: they don’t serve you well, don’t serve your prospects, and don’t serve KAIOcreative’s mission.

What approach does KaioCreative use instead of static websites?

KAIOcreative uses an approach called “Agile Rich Content” (ARC): an ongoing content-driven strategy where you and your team (or community) regularly produce valuable content — blog posts, media, updates — which keeps the website active, engaging, and discoverable. This, combined with flexible tools, turns your website into a dynamic, living hub rather than a stale brochure.

Do I need to know how to code to use KAIOcreative?

Nope! KAIOcreative uses Squarespace’s content management system (CMS) that’s user-friendly and designed so that you (or your team) can update content without programming skills. You get training and support so you can manage your site yourself.

How quickly can my website be built and launched? What is the turnaround time?

Depending on the plan you choose and the content you supply, there are turnaround options: a “standard” timeline (roughly 3-4 weeks) or a “rush” option (10 business days after receipt of all materials necessary for the website).

What kind of ongoing support do I get?

With the service package you get tech support for hosting / domain / emails, training for you or your team to manage the site, and support for content marketing — helping you post, manage, and grow your site over time.

Is the website responsive and mobile-friendly?

Yes! All KAIOcreative websites are built to be responsive so they look and function well on desktop computers, tablets, and phones.

How do I get started with KAIOcreative?

You can begin by scheduling a consultation with Firewind Productions. From there, you’ll discuss your needs, receive an initial quote, pick a package, supply content/assets, and KaioCreative will build, launch, and support your new website.

Do you create branding, copywriting, or media content as well?

Yes. Additional options may include logo design, branded assets, content writing, photography, video production, and marketing materials. We also offer a full range of printed products, discounted for our website clients.

Can you migrate my existing website?

Usually, yes. We can often import or rebuild your old site as long as you provide access to your current hosting or CMS. We can also assist with domain transfers, DNS setup, email migration, and hosting configuration.

Do you provide hosting?

Squarespace hosting (at least Core level) is required via payment of a separate fee since they are a third party. Supplemental hosting and email support are included in service packages.

Who owns the website after it’s built?

You own all content, images, and completed site files. Squarespace owns their own proprietary systems.

What happens if I cancel my service plan?

You still own your website. We can help transition hosting, content, and any necessary files so you continue operating independently. We may charge a separate fee for such services if they are necessary. All fees will be agreed upon before any work is done. Additionally, the subscription rate that we agreed upon when we launched your website will no longer be available. For active service plans, we guarantee that our subscription rate will not increase for the life of your website: just one way that we reward our clients for their committment with us.
